Geophysics Institute of Tuscany

The Geophysics Institute of Tuscany carries the seismological and meteorological monitoring of the Prato Ricerche, following up the activities started by the homonymous subject belonging in the past to the Pro Verbo Foundation. The research is conducted on the basis of data collected, often in collaboration with other institutions (National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology, Università di Firenze). Furthermore, educational activities in the seismological filed complements the educational proposal of the Museum of Planetary Sciences.
